A long-pile rug made using traditional Caucasian hand-weaving techniques. Crafted by experienced shepherds, it is made of entirely natural wool. Before weaving, the wool is gently cleaned with lavender soap – no dyeing, no bleaching, no chemical additives.
Following the manual weaving process, the rug is washed again and precisely brushed. This multi-stage, artisanal process gives it its characteristic depth, texture, and presence.
Each piece is unique. Natural color nuances and minimal variations are not flaws, but rather proof of authenticity and origin.
